These are softening rods and softening eye patches used for the Korean lash perm method, which does not involve winding lashes around the rod during the first step of lash perms and lash lifts.
Their shape is designed to fit the curve of the eye, making them easy to place. They are placed under the lower eyelid and used as a lash perm solution catching sheet to apply the softening agent to the upper lashes while they are kept straight.
They can be washed and reused multiple times, making them a cost-effective tool to assist with treatments.
