We are growing produce in the Goto Islands, Nagasaki Prefecture, using open-field cultivation.
Pesticides: Not used during the cultivation period.

We used to use a small tiller for farm work, but now we cultivate entirely by hand, hoping that the creatures in the soil will do their best.

The result is a delicious harvest with a rich flavor and fluffy texture!

Fresh jumbo garlic is something you can only enjoy right now.
We will prepare and deliver 500g for you.

The garlic will be separated, and only the cloves will be placed in a freshness-preserving bag to be delivered to you fresh.
The sizes will be a mix of large and small.
Delivery will be by standard mail in a compact box at room temperature.
*Delivery to the Chubu region will be the day after shipping, and to areas east of that will be the day after next.
(Excluding Okinawa, Hokkaido, and some remote islands. Due to the suspension of air cargo acceptance for Yamato Transport's Mercari便, delivery to these areas takes 3 days or more, which may cause concern, so please refrain from purchasing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.)

Due to weather conditions, harvesting may not be possible, or ferries leaving the island may be canceled. Therefore, we have set a flexible delivery timeframe.
We will do our utmost to ship as early as possible.
