This is a 10kg box of Beni Haruka sweet potatoes with minor cosmetic imperfections.

Grown in Saga City.

Cultivated without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers during the growing season.
We increased production with the intention of supplying it to a contracted store, but due to a change in circumstances, we are now selling it on Mercari.

Aged for over 150 days in a dedicated underground storage facility (see photo 4), resulting in exceptional sweetness!

We recently baked one wrapped in aluminum foil, and its sugar content exceeded 67%! (See photo 3, I was surprised myself!)

Lightly washed.
Due to our cultivation method, there may be some insect damage, scratches, or misshapen potatoes, although we have removed as many as possible.
Sweet potatoes may also sprout.
These are not harmful and can be easily removed by hand.
