Shirako New Onions (Over 10kg)

Grown in sandy soil about 500 meters from the coast of Kujukuri Beach, where it's exposed to sea breezes, these onions are praised for their mild flavor and sweetness, making them ideal for delicious onion dishes.
The variety is Sonic. They are harvested when fully ripe, which gives them a slight spiciness (though still perfectly mild for raw consumption), but also makes them last longer.
If you have more than you can eat, you can extend their shelf life by drying them in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area.
