- The soil has only been lightly washed off.

We are particular about soil preparation and remove weeds by hand. All pesticides, including herbicides, and chemical fertilizers are not used, making these safe and secure vegetables.
We value soil cultivation.
We use decomposed leaves collected from the mountains as humus, add rice husks, and use fermented compost made over time with natural animal and plant matter.
We grow these for our family, but we ship the surplus harvest, so quantities are limited.

We inspect carefully, but there may be insect damage or insects mixed in.
Also, while we take care in packing, please understand that damage may occur during shipping.
