These are seeds for Hokkaido-grown green soybeans.
No pesticides were used during cultivation.

It is said that soybeans should be soaked in water overnight before cooking, but they will soften if you cook them gently in a pot without soaking them first.
Once softened, we also recommend eating these green soybeans with just salt.

The deliciousness of soybeans that you've grown yourself from soil preparation is irresistible. Growing legumes also improves the soil. We recommend growing legumes and soybeans in depleted fields or newly reclaimed land.
