Sumi-e (Ink Wash Painting) Birds and Flowers by Li Sanbai, Signed, Hanging Scroll, Antique
299.00 $
Description
This belonged to my grandmother at my parents' home. It's quite old and was apparently expensive back then.
Several years ago, when I had it appraised, they said it was a very good antique from a long time ago, worth several hundred thousand yen, and they wanted to buy it. At the time, I wasn't thinking of selling it, but since I have many hanging scrolls, I've decided to list it.
Even to an amateur like myself, the shading and details of the ink wash painting seem very well done.
However, it is quite old and has some stains.
I am listing it at the same price the appraiser offered to buy it for.
If it doesn't sell, I plan to gradually lower the price.
Thank you for your consideration.
