It's 3 layers thick with a firm leather split in the middle.
The black leather with punching design is approximately 1.2mm thick cowhide.
The silver-faced beige leather is approximately 1.2mm thick cowhide.
The black leather split is approximately 1.8mm thick.
It will become softer and more familiar to your hands the more you use it.
