Burgundy is cowhide velour, approx. 1.5mm thick.
Leopard print is pigskin, approx. 0.8mm thick.
The middle layer is cowhide, approx. 0.8mm thick.
It becomes softer and fits your hand the more you use it.

The sliding feel (wiping comfort) is slightly different,
