Beautiful antique late Victorian to Edwardian ladies watch fob brooch, dating approximately 18901915.  This elegant piece features a finely textured horizontal bar brooch with a flexible Albertina-style chain terminating in a swivel/dog clip. Signed 800 GB, indicating 800 fineness silver (80% silver). The GB mark is believed to be a makers mark, although the exact maker has not been identified. The silver appears to retain remnants of an original gold-wash/gilt finish, giving the piece a lovely warm two-tone appearance where the gilding remains.
