Serpentine is a group of minerals that is most commonly green and is often characterized by its smooth, serpentine-like patterns and its waxy, glossy finish. Serpentine is known for its metaphysical properties, especially in connection with the heart chakra and the solar p chakra. It is believed to promote healing, both physical and emotional, by helping to release negative energy and clearing blockages.
