■ Condition
These were found in my parents' warehouse. Along with a folded 2-person inflatable boat, a seemingly unopened set of oars was found in a worn-out cardboard box.
The outer plastic packaging was still secured with staples.

I have checked them over, and they do not appear to have been used outdoors, so I believe they have not been in the water.

Furthermore, since the company name change from Kōkoku Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. occurred in 1982, these appear to have been stored in the warehouse for over 40 years.
They are likely from the 1970s.

※※※
Unless there is a flood, I will not have an opportunity to use them, so I am offering them to someone who needs them.
I believe they are in clean enough condition to be used as decoration for a beach house or boathouse.
