This is a handmade 2-piece Aleut paddle. It is unused and made of cedar wood. By applying an epoxy coating, we have leveraged the lightness of cedar while covering its weakness of being easily scratched.

Carbon joint

Finished with glass cloth and epoxy coating, with a final top coat of cashew lacquer. If scratches become noticeable with use, lightly sand again and maintain with translucent cashew lacquer.

Although it is resin-coated, there is a risk of breakage at the junction of the carbon pipe joint and the wood if strong force is applied. Please handle with care as it is made of wood. Do not strike the paddle on the water surface or use it as a support when boarding.

There are linear scratches from sanding during creation.
Inspection of the actual item is also possible.
