This vintage Gem China teapot and sugar bowl set from Japan features a unique moriage dragonware design with a dragon head spout. The craftsmanship of the pieces showcases traditional Japanese culture and artistry, making them a desirable collectible for those interested in Asian heritage and ethnicities. Made in Japan, this set is a beautiful representation of Japanese craftsmanship and design from the early 20th century, assumably in the 1930s-1940s. Apx. 6 in height, 7 width. Portions of the gold is rubbed off, one of the lids has a big chip on the underside and there is a hairline crack visible on both sides of the lid.
