This is a shoulder bag from Hill Village, a bag brand handmade by bag artisans in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Bacchus fabric, which was used for pressing sake, and high-qualityヌメ革 (nume leather - vegetable-tanned leather) are used for the flap and bottom.
It's a stylish shoulder bag with a playful design featuring a paper airplane embossed on the bottom. Unfortunately, the workshop closed in 2019, making this a rare item that can no longer be obtained.
