A 1/43 scale model car of the Williams FW16, the car driven by Nigel Mansell at the 1994 French Grand Prix. He replaced David Coulthard, who was substituting for Ayrton Senna.
After Senna's passing at that year's San Marino Grand Prix, Mansell, who was competing in IndyCar, was called upon to race in F1 for a few races to help prevent a decline in F1's popularity. This is the car he used upon his return to F1.
