Great Purple Emperor Butterfly Specimen (Reason for Discount)
10.00 $
Description
This is a specimen of the Great Blue Skimmer (Orthetrum sabina) collected this season.
*Please note: This item is discounted due to minor scuffs on the wings.
Among the Orthetrum genus, which has many species in the Northern Hemisphere, this is a large species. It is a dragonfly that clearly exhibits the characteristics of its genus, such as its slender, long abdomen and intricate spot patterns.
*As a new experimental technique, the internal organs behind the compound eyes have been processed and sealed with resin.
*As this is a wild-caught specimen, there may be minor scuffs. Please examine the photos carefully before considering your purchase.
