This is an old, long haori (a traditional Japanese overcoat).
It's a lovely piece with a refreshing design of two-colored clouds on a beautiful blue base.
The fabric also has a subtle striped pattern as a base.

Sleeve to center back: 61.5cm
Sleeve length: 64cm
Please note that these are amateur measurements, so slight errors may occur.
There are many stains and dirt marks overall.
The right front panel has noticeable stains from the shoulder to the back.
The left front panel has noticeable stains around the shoulder peak.
There are also multiple other noticeable stains on the front panels and sleeves.
The color and pattern are very attractive, so we recommend it for remaking.
Please consider this as an old, antique item with some minor scratches and stains.
