It uses Tsushima Hijiki Sea Salt, a recommended product of Nagasaki Prefecture, which is made by simmering and baking seawater from Tsushima's clear waters with Sargassum and natural hijiki seaweed. This salt is rich in sea minerals and provides a deep flavor without the need for umami seasonings.

To allow you to fully enjoy the natural umami of the ingredients, we use absolutely no additives such as chemical seasonings, artificial sweeteners, or synthetic colorings (please check the ingredients and nutritional information).
