◆What is Raw Honey?
Raw honey is honey that has been collected by bees, allowed to reach a sugar concentration of 78% or higher, and then simply strained, without any heating or additives. In Japan, 92% of honey is heat-treated or processed with additives, making raw honey, which accounts for less than 10%, a rare and precious commodity. It is rich in nutrients, including live lactic acid bacteria and enzymes, offering a rich flavor with a clean aftertaste. Once you experience the taste of raw honey, you won't want to go back to heated honey.

◆Karasutaranoki Honey
Honey from Iwami, Shimane Prefecture. Primarily from prickly ash and Japanese angelica tree. It has a gentle yet slightly spicy flavor.

◆Rapeseed Blossom Honey
