These are Kishu Nanko Ume plums from Wakayama Prefecture.
Kishu Nanko Ume plums are characterized by their thin skin, thick and soft flesh, and small pits.
We will ship fruits that have been selected to be size L or larger.
They will be shipped as green plums. If you wish to process them into pickled plums (umeboshi), please allow them to ripen for a few days until they turn yellow and become soft before use.
