Sayo Red Cherries from Sagae City, Yamagata Prefecture, 1kg Loose Pack (for Jam)
14.52 $
Description
Pollination trees are necessary when growing our main varieties, Sato Nishiki and Benishuhou.
Benisayaka serves as this pollination tree.
Harvest time comes earlier than for our main varieties.
Its flavor is characterized by a refreshing tartness, with subdued sweetness.
We believe it's excellent for jams.
It produces the most vibrant color.
(We will include Grandma Haruma's recipe.)
We will begin shipping freshly picked cherries from this morning.
This listing is for imperfect cherries, sized S to M.
We will also include rare twin cherries.
