■ If you have a desired delivery date, please be sure to consult with us (Kanto region) about your desired shipping date in the comments before purchasing. We prioritize prompt shipping after purchase, so we cannot accommodate requests made via transaction messages.

■ For those who only require time-specific delivery, please set it yourself after confirming the shipping notification. We cannot accommodate requests made via comments after purchase.

We pack the corn immediately after harvesting in the morning to ensure freshness and ship it the same day.
To maintain freshness, the husks, leaves, and silks will be partially attached. Please understand this (see image 2).

As we ship via Takkyubin Compact, the number of corn ears will vary between 11 and 14 depending on their size.
We can accommodate requests for corn with silks or more leaves if you consult with us in the comments before purchasing. Please note that this may result in a reduced number of corn ears.

Due to the high number of customers who comment with requests after purchase without confirming the details, we will no longer be able to accommodate requests made after purchase. Please understand.

As we ship at room temperature, there is a possibility of spoilage due to steaming during transit in high temperatures.
Also, please be aware that the corn may have soil attached, or may experience scratches or discoloration of cut surfaces during shipping, which can affect freshness. Therefore, those seeking perfect items or those in distant locations are advised to refrain from purchasing.

Since we cannot determine the condition until the husks are removed, there is a possibility that the corn may be inedible due to the reasons mentioned above. Please refrain from making complaints regarding insect damage, being too small, or other issues.
