We harvest and ship immediately after receiving your order.

Kale for salads that can be eaten raw is packed in 100g bags for quality preservation and shipped in a size 80 box with a generous 500g.

We recommend it for smoothies, or tearing it into small pieces and tossing with dressing for a salad. You can also lightly deep-fry it or bake it in the oven until crispy.
It's also great in gratins, pasta, and hot pot dishes!

We'll include some of the vegetables we have on hand as a bonus!
