This is Hinohikari rice grown at the foot of Mount Taradake.
We do not use pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers.
This is our own produced rice, from sowing to harvesting and hulling.
We only use vetch and straw as fertilizer.
It is also used by local sushi restaurants.
This is our 16th year of cultivation.
It is stored in a dedicated refrigerator, so you can enjoy its delicious taste year-round.
