Complex aromas of pear, stewed apple, with hints of cinnamon and toast. The palate is characterized by taut, fresh fruitiness and supple, powerful acidity that spreads across the palate, leading to a long, noble finish.
One of the few producers that ferments and ages all base wines in barrels. They value the umami-rich acidity that is inherently sought after in Champagne.

A classic Bordeaux blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc. It boasts captivating aromas of red cherry and delicate floral notes. On the palate, flavors of ripe red and black fruits unfold, with fine-grained, mature tannins and lingering spice beautifully harmonizing the entire experience.
