Please note that the purchase of all items listed by us for resale purposes, as well as the unauthorized reproduction of product images and descriptions, are strictly prohibited.
This is a second-year seedling of Shikoku Kuromatsu (Japanese Black Pine). It has been planted as a pair of two trees, with varying heights. Both were pruned last year, and new shoots have grown with a good balance of lengths. However, if left as is, the weight of the shoots will cause them to droop. You are welcome to separate them, but it will require waiting for the appropriate season and involve various efforts, as well as potentially delaying growth. Therefore, as it is, the stems are still green and soft, so they have been trained with gentle support to create a twin-trunk style where they lean together. Please excuse any damaged or torn leaves. The height of the seedling itself (above ground) is approximately 9-12 cm. The individual you will receive is the one shown in the photos (management number SK-7194). It will be shipped via Fourth Class Mail on weekdays only. Please be aware that delivery to distant locations, such as north of Tohoku or south of Kyushu, may take approximately 5 weekdays. We will take sufficient care with moisture during packaging, but we kindly ask that those who will have difficulty receiving the package for an extended period refrain from purchasing. The gardening tag and flower stand shown in the photos are for display purposes only and are not included with the product.
