Description
The ADA Softener 50 is an ion exchanger that can be used in conjunction with external canister filters to easily lower the total hardness, one of the most crucial factors for aquatic plant growth.
Its structure ensures water flows evenly through the ion exchange resin, allowing for efficient reduction of total hardness. The speed of total hardness reduction can also be adjusted by controlling the water flow rate and the amount of resin used.

There is damage to the glass parts inside the softener, but it can still be used without issue. (See photo 4)
Photo 5 shows the parts used to distribute water from the external canister filter to the softener. These parts were broken but have been repaired with adhesive and are usable.
When the ion exchange resin's effectiveness diminishes, it can be regenerated by soaking it in saltwater.
The box has scuffs and dirt, but the price has been set considering that this is a discontinued product.
The item will be packed with cushioning material and shipped in its box.
