These are Cassia seeds grown in our field, thriving with plenty of water even during the extreme heat.
Harvested in September 2025.
If sown by mid-summer, you can harvest in the fall.
You can brew them as is to make Habu tea, or roast them to your preference.
We have removed as much debris as possible, washed them, and sun-dried them. As this is a home-processed product, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details.
