??Recommended ways to eat:
Can be eaten raw in salads.
Takana fried rice, stir-fried with other vegetables and meat, pickled.
Boiled fresh Takana is also delicious in simmered dishes.
??Sowing period: September. Before sowing, soak seeds in lukewarm water (about 8 hours) to speed up germination. Harvest: Approximately 55 days after sowing.

Harvest the whole plant when it is about 25-30 cm tall.
Alternatively, once the plant grows to about 25-30 cm, harvest the outer leaves sequentially.

? Spinach

Mid-March to mid-April, early September to late October.
Harvest approximately 30-50 days after sowing.

Rich in vitamins A and C, and carotene, as well as iron, calcium, and magnesium. It is a nutritious leafy green vegetable that can be used in any Japanese, Western, or Chinese dish. Note that the bitterness contains oxalic acid, which hinders calcium absorption, so it is recommended to blanch it quickly to remove the bitterness before cooking.
