Optimal Growing Temperature: 18-22°C
Prefers cool climates.
For summer sowing: Sow around July-August, transplant around September-October, harvest around November-December.

For home gardens, a schedule of sowing in summer (July-September) and harvesting in autumn to winter is recommended. As the weather gets cooler, it will be easier to care for the Brussels sprouts.
When sowing in seedling pots, sow 3-4 seeds per pot and cover with soil. Water thoroughly and keep moist until germination.

Transplant when the true leaves reach 5-6 leaves. If transplanting is delayed, it can affect early growth and prevent side shoots from developing properly. Transplant without missing the timing.
When planting in the field, create ridges 70-80 cm wide. Aim for a plant spacing of about 50-60 cm.

★ Because the seed coat is hard:
① Soak seeds in warm water (30-40°C) for about 5-6 hours, then rinse with water.
② Place in a ziploc bag with a damp towel (25-30°C) for 7-10 hours.
③ Once the seed coat cracks and germination is confirmed, lightly dry and sow.
④ Sow in rows about 1 cm deep.
⑤ Place in a sunny location, water twice a day (morning and evening), and harvest in 4-6 weeks. Cut about 4 cm from the base, and it will regrow in about a week. (Can be harvested 3-5 times)
⑥ Please cultivate in a well-draining container.
