Grow fresh, fragrant Italian parsley perfect for pasta, salads, sandwiches, and more. It continuously grows new leaves and is resistant to pests, making it easy for beginners to manage. It even grows well in small, shallow pots, making it ideal for balcony gardening.

Purchase vegetable soil (potting mix or leaf mold) and a planter from a home improvement store. Sow about 3 seeds every 20 cm between March and May. Parsley loves light, so you don't need to cover the seeds with soil. Sprouts will appear in about two weeks. Water when the soil dries out.
As it is a biennial plant, in the second year, the leaves will become thinner and tougher, and small flowers will bloom.

Comes with growing instructions, so even beginners can confidently grow and harvest. (The instructions aren't strict; it grows quite vigorously, almost like a weed.)
