★Bonus seeds until the end of May!★
10 seeds of Tsurukubi pumpkin. → 15 seeds until the end of May!
In Kanagawa Prefecture's climate, we sowed seeds from April to May and harvested from September to October.
After ripening for 1-2 months, they become sweet enough to eat with just a microwave, even without seasoning!
Ripening simply means storing them indoors after harvesting. The skin gradually turns yellow, and they become incredibly sweet (*^^*)
The size of the pumpkins that grow varies.
In our household, we harvested 4-5 pumpkins per seedling. The smaller ones were about 30 cm, and the longer ones were about 40 cm.
In addition to simmered dishes, you can also slice them thickly and bake them in foil with other vegetables, make croquettes, or use the pumpkin as a bowl for pizza. There are many ways to use them.
We've also uploaded images of cooking examples, so please take a look!
