Bocchan Pumpkin and Morning Glory Seed Set from Taketa City, Oita Prefecture
10.00 $
Description
These are seeds from Bocchan pumpkins harvested from my family's farm. Previously, I used to grow large pumpkins, but I couldn't cook them all at once, and half would end up in the refrigerator. Bocchan pumpkins are palm-sized and easy to cut with a kitchen knife, and their size is perfect for cooking in one go, making them very convenient.
The morning glory seeds are from the ones that bloomed abundantly in my family's garden and provided shade. This year, my family collected seeds to create shade again. I wish I had a picture from last year, but I wasn't planning to sell them, so I don't know the flower colors.
Both can be planted now. There are 30 Bocchan pumpkin seeds and 20 morning glory seeds.
This summer and fall are expected to be hot again. Why not plant both for shade?
