?Arugula is an annual herb native to the Mediterranean coast. It was already cultivated as an edible herb in ancient Greece and Rome, and it is said that Cleopatra favored eating arugula to maintain her beauty.
?It has a sesame-like flavor and a slight spiciness. Young leaves are used in salads and various other dishes.

★ Watercress Seeds
?Sowing period: April-May, September-November
      Optimal germination temperature: 10-30℃
      Optimal growing temperature: 5-30℃
?Watercress prefers sunlight.
It prefers cool climates, so avoid direct sunlight during midsummer.

?Watercress is originally a semi-aquatic plant that grows near water, such as rivers.
Since it prefers moist environments, it is recommended to plant it in planters or pots rather than directly in the ground, and water it generously. To prevent root rot, use well-draining soil and grow it in a well-ventilated area. The optimal temperature for growing watercress is around 15-20℃, making spring and autumn suitable seasons for cultivation.
