Silver Time is an evergreen herb with beautiful silvery-white variegation along the edges of its green leaves. It is characterized by its refreshing lemon scent and small, pale pink flowers that bloom in early summer, making it popular for both ornamental purposes and as a flavoring in cooking. In autumn, it takes on a slightly purplish hue, resembling Momiji, and is a very beautiful variety.

You can also pick the branches and leaves to use fresh in herbal teas, or dry them for storage. ?
