Description
Grown at the foot of the nature-rich Mt. Chokai, these vegetables were cultivated using fertilizer that enhances their deliciousness, without the use of pesticides or herbicides during the growing period.
Jumbo garlic scapes are exceptionally sweet and recommended for stir-fries.
They are highly nutritious and surprisingly delicious!
Since you'll have plenty, you can chop them and freeze them for later use.
They are convenient for Chinese dishes and more!
To fit them into the Nekoposu box, any scapes that are too long will have their flower buds trimmed and will be delivered in a vegetable freshness-preserving bag.
To ensure they arrive fresh, we kindly request purchases from customers residing in Tohoku, Kanto, Shinetsu, Chubu, and Kansai regions, where delivery is possible the day after shipping.
Thank you for your understanding.
