How to grow: Please grow in partial shade. If exposed to strong sunlight, the leaves will become tough.

Perilla (Aojiso) is a highly nutritious vegetable. Along with red perilla, it is rich in vitamins and minerals. In particular, its high calcium, beta-carotene, and vitamin B2 content is among the top class of vegetables. It is said to help boost immunity, prevent anemia, and aid in recovery from fatigue.

■ Once your order is confirmed, we will gently remove the seedlings, wrap the roots with a damp paper towel for moisture retention, pack them in recycled PET bottles, and ship them via the 4th class postal service on Sundays.
