*Yu-Packet Post has weight restrictions of 2kg and dimensions of 34cm on the longest side and a total of 60cm for the three sides. Given these limitations, even 80 Churu sticks will be a tight fit. 120 sticks will be even more so. For example, 120 sticks in 3 bags alone weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about size and weight limits, we will use OPP bags and other methods to make the package as compact as possible, aiming to reduce both size and weight by even 1mm and 1g respectively. We understand that the packaging may be quite tight, but this is done to reduce shipping costs and offer the Churu at a lower price, especially during this period of rising prices. We kindly ask for your understanding and only purchase if you agree with this. We pack each item with care and attention, so we appreciate your understanding.
*Since this is a Yu-Packet Post shipment, if it does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your doorstep, delivered in person, or a delivery attempt notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery attempt notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery time and ensure you receive the package.
*We will do our best to ship on weekends and holidays for the benefit of the buyer, but we may also take days off.
*To prevent heat damage as much as possible, we will drop off the package at the post office just before the collection time.
*Please request bulk purchases for 4 sets or more. Even in that case, we cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs will offset any savings.
*Discount requests will be ignored and deleted without reply.
*Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
