*Yu-Packet Post has restrictions of a weight limit of 2kg, a maximum length of 34cm, and a total of three sides not exceeding 60cm. Considering these limitations, even 80 Churu sticks will be a tight fit. 120 sticks will be even more so. For example, 120 sticks in 3 bags alone weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about size and weight limits, we will use OPP bags and other methods to make the package as compact as possible, aiming to reduce the weight by even 1g, to ship. We understand that the packaging may be quite tight, but this is done to reduce shipping costs and offer the Churu at a lower price amidst rising prices. We kindly ask for your understanding and purchase only if you agree with this. We pack each item with care and attention, so we appreciate your understanding.
*Since we are shipping via Yu-Packet Post, if it does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your doorstep, delivered in person, or a delivery attempt notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery attempt notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery time and date to ensure you receive your package.
*We will do our best to ship on weekends and holidays for the benefit of the buyer, but we may also take days off.
*To prevent damage from heat as much as possible, we will drop off the package at the post office just in time for the collection to minimize its time in the collection box.
*Please request bulk purchases for sets of 4 or more. Even in that case, we cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs will offset any savings.
*Discount requests will be ignored and deleted without reply.
*Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
