Soft Scratching Stick
Scratching part: Approx. 20cm, Thickness: 1.5mm
(Total length: 26cm)
*If you wish to shorten the metal part of the scratching tip, please leave a comment and we will do it for free.
(There may be slight variations.)
The second image is for comparison.
This is a scratching stick used to extract stag beetles, such as the Japanese rhinoceros beetle, from cavities (like tree hollows).
*We also sell long tweezers (24.8cm) for securely gripping and pulling out beetles after extraction. These can be added for an additional ￥400 if desired!
*Carabiners and double rings can be added for an additional ￥50 for two.
The tip is polished and bent, but please be very careful to avoid injury.
As these are handmade, there may be slight distortions, scratches, or cracks.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such imperfections!
