Rosemary is known as a herb for memory and concentration, and is said to have rejuvenating properties.
It has antioxidant and antiviral effects, and can also alleviate hay fever symptoms.
Fresh rosemary is more effective than dried rosemary.

To make herbal tea, place 2 teaspoons of fresh rosemary in a teapot, add 200cc of hot water, and steep.
It has a slightly strong flavor, so mixing it with black tea or other teas can make it easier to drink.

Variety: Marine Blue

Weight includes packaging. I will aim for lightweight shipping with simple packaging.
It will be sent via 4th class mail.
