Japanese pepper

Sansho pepper is a wonderful supporting actor in cooking, perfect for eel dishes, clear soups, and grilled eel (kabayaki). It's also versatile for sushi, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), kinome-ae (dressed with young sansho leaves), and wakame tempura! ?

It loses its leaves in winter and sprouts new ones in spring.

We are offering a 2-year-old seedling grown without pesticides, approximately 30 cm tall. ^_^
If planted now, it will grow bigger and bigger from here on! ?

Just touching the leaves releases a wonderfully refreshing and pleasant aroma. ^_^
