This is a Sakai Takayuki usuba (thin-bladed) knife.
The steel is Shirogami #2 (White Paper Steel #2).
Blade length is 6 sun (18 cm).
The handle is made of magnolia wood with a water buffalo horn bolster.
This is a new, unused item, but it has been sharpened with a whetstone, so there are signs of sharpening. Please refer to the photos.
Additionally, there are some stains on the box due to long-term storage.
