This is a kiritsuke-style usuba (thin-bladed) knife made of Shirogami steel.
This knife is a custom modification based on a 7-sun (approx. 21cm) Kanto-style usuba.

Although the title states 7 sun, the exact blade length (from heel to tip) is approximately 20.2 cm. We have used the closest standard measurement for listing purposes. Please understand this in advance.

The blade is made of Shirogami steel, known for its sharp cutting edge and ease of sharpening. It has been sharpened prior to listing, so it is ready for immediate use upon arrival.

The surface has been buffed for a glossy finish, which makes it more resistant to rust compared to standard finishes.

A new, unused handle has been newly attached.
