Wooden Bonito Flakes Shaver - Mini
14.39 $
Description
This is a mini-sized wooden katsuobushi (bonito flakes) shaver.
I purchased it at Ninben in Nihonbashi about two years ago and used it occasionally.
There are no nicks or noticeable scratches on the blade.
Shaver dimensions: (Length) 12cm x (Width) 5.5cm x (Height) 6.5cm
It's a small size that fits in the palm of your hand, but it's surprisingly useful, allowing you to easily shave enough katsuobushi for toppings on dishes like ohitashi (blanched greens) or okonomiyaki.
How about trying it out as a starter katsuobushi shaver?
The original box is not included, so it will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box.
