【Rare Size】La base Square Colander 3 pcs, Square Strainer 1 pc (Old Spec 21-piece size) Tsubame-Sanjo

From la base, a brand by culinary expert Yoko Arimoto, this is a previous model that is slightly slimmer than the current product (25cm x 20cm) with a smart depth.
Approximately 25.3cm x 18.3cm, it's convenient as it easily fits into refrigerator gaps. Made from high-quality 18-8 stainless steel from Tsubame-Sanjo, it features a sturdy twill mesh.

This is a previous model with dimensions slightly different from the current official size, so please check the dimensions carefully if you plan to match it with your existing la base products.

It features a sturdy twill mesh and a flat rim that prevents dirt buildup. This is a rare size not currently available in the lineup.

As my collection of kitchen tools has grown, I am decluttering and offering this item to someone who will cherish it.
Its slimmer width compared to the standard type makes it extremely useful for preparing ingredients like asparagus, fish fillets, and tonkatsu.
Having three trays allows you to prepare the three stages of breading for fried foods (flour, egg, breadcrumbs) side-by-side, significantly improving cooking efficiency.
