I commissioned this from a handmade artist two years ago for a trip to Disneyland.
It has a lining and tulle and lace have been added to give it volume.
It's very cute.
At the time, my child was about 120 cm tall, and I folded the skirt up once when they wore it.
Since I don't have any plans to go to Disneyland in the future, I'd be happy if someone could use it rather than it going unworn.
It was only worn once on that Disneyland trip.
