Description

This is a used item.

This is a handmade item by an artist.
I purchased it a few years ago, but I am selling it because my child has outgrown it!

I believe I purchased it in size 100cm.
Waist is approximately 21cm when laid flat.
Skirt length is approximately 23cm.

The waist has elastic, so some adjustment is possible.
