This is a calorie substrate made from 100% oak sawdust, which Great Owlets prefer the most, and is fermented from the highest quality Himalayan Hiratake mushroom culture.

We have further refined the ordinary Himalayan Hiratake substrate into finer particles for easier consumption and added three times the amount of nutritional supplements, including trehalose, glucose, chitosan, royal jelly, high-activity gluten, arginine, calcium, minerals, enzymes, yeast, special amino acids, and symbiotic bacteria. This is a specially selected calorie substrate.

We do not use any discarded substrate. Instead, we crush new mushroom culture made from fresh sawdust and carefully ferment it indoors.

This is our ultimate, meticulously crafted substrate, fermented three times with significant cost and time investment.

Other companies' fermented substrates use discarded substrate as raw material or ferment outdoors, leading to the proliferation of pests and fruit flies.

Our calorie substrate is carefully fermented indoors under controlled conditions using freshly made mushroom culture, ensuring absolutely no contamination from pests.
